1.      Where is Orientation held?
a. Orientation and all related training is done in Palm City, FL.

2.      Do I get paid for Orientation?
a. Yes you are paid for your 3 day Orientation, and motel rooms are provided for drivers living more than 40 miles from Palm City.

3.      Do you hire and train inexperienced drivers?
 a. Yes we do hire recent graduates who have completed a 160 minimum course from an accredited CDL School. 

4.      Are there any solo OTR positions available?
a.  No, all our OTR positions are for team driving.

5.      Do you have any Dedicated runs?
a. We have a bid system in place where the runs are chosen by 1^st seat seniority. 
As a new hire, your run will be determined by your 1^st seats schedule. 

6.      Do you run with 3 people in the truck?
 a.  Yes, during your training period you will ride with 2 trainers.
